Dr. Stadtmauer holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) awarded after four years of training at the National College of Natural Medicine, the oldest Naturopathic medical school in the country.
Dr. Stadtmauer also holds a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine (M.S.O.M.) awarded after completing a three year program in Classical Chinese Medicine at the National College of Natural Medicine. Study included acupuncture and intensive training in the use and customization of Chinese herbal formulas.
Dr. Stadtmauer also received a Diplomate in Acupuncture (Dipl. Ac.) awarded from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Dr. Stadtmauer taught Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for many years at the Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine in North Carolina where he served as Clinic Director, Clinic Supervisor, and Classroom Instructor.
Dr. Stadtmauer has taken multiple trips to China and Tibet to undergo Qi Gong training and intensive instruction in Classical Chinese medical traditions.
Dr. Stadtmauer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Vermont, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
Dr. Stadtmauer is licensed in Vermont as both a Naturopathic Physician providing Primary and Specialist services and as a Licensed Acupuncturist,
